Refund policy

We accept the return of a product in exchange for a credit to the Bottle Opener within 14 days of purchase upon presentation of your receipt. The products must be intact and possible to be resold. If you have placed an order online for pickup and are unable to take it, we will apply a $ 5 charge for the time spent to assemble and return the products to the shelves.
